WE PRINT ON REFLECTIVE PRODUCTS - USED PRINTING METHODS
SCREEN PRINTING
Base printing method - marking by one colour. The cheapest method to make the low-budget and high volume print production - the lowest price while retaining a good quality. The method recommended for the high volume print intended for marking. Minimal amount - 200 pcs.
UV PRINTING
Printing method with UV-curing pigments - the print is ready for use immediately after leaving the machine does not require drying. UV print allows you to apply a full-color print on a flat surface (paper, plastic, wood, metal, glass) and at the same time fix it with UV radiation. This technique works well in the case of printing on various types of advertising gadgets: pens, key rings, pendrives, opener, lighters, etc. The maximum print area - 30 x 42 cm.
PLASTISOL TRANSFER
The thermal transfer is used to transfer overprints on any kinds of fabric. The technique is based on in transferring the individual colours of overprint on the transfer paper /foil sheets and then using special presses on transferring the entire overprint on the products: caps, vests, leashes, sags, bags etc. The advantages of this method include good colour coverage, in particular, on a dark background, and precise representation of details while maintaining the full range of colours. An ideal method for the high volume print production where a logo is small but the requirements related to the overprint are very high (overprint sharpness, colour, durability). Important – the higher the volume of print production, the lower the unit price of marking.
SUBLIMATION
The technique for the excellent representation of pictures and detail with smooth shades in a full colour range. It is suitable for the surfaces including min. 50% polyester. The overprints made using this method are resistant to wearing and washing. The advantage is the possibility to use this technique to print unit volumes due to the lack of pre-press costs, the disadvantage is the lack of the possibility to properly represent the colours on the surfaces other than white ones. The price depends not on the number of overprints but on its dimensions. The smaller the overprint the lower the price. The ideal method for the small volume print production - in terms of price and quality.
FLEX WITH BASE
With to this technique the pattern is printed using the CMYK colours on the special white surface, then the graphic is cut out along the contour on the plotter, finally the ready overprint is transferred on the product by means of transfer press. The advantages are the possibility to print in the full colour range, the lack of pre-press costs, the disadvantage is the relatively high cost of the media and the limited size of cut-out elements. Application only on textiles. The smaller the overprint, the lower the price. An ideal method for the small volume print production - in terms of price and quality.
PAD PRINTING
A relatively simple direct printing technique for printing in one or several colors separately on irregular surfaces (eg pendants). It is characterized by high resolution and repeatability. This method is recommended for orders over 100 pieces.
REFLECTIVE OVERPRINT
With this technique the reflective elements made from reflective thermal transfer foil are cut out on the plotter, then the shapes / letters / logo are heated in the fabric (reflective vests, scarves, bags, shirts etc.) by means of thermal press. The essential limitation is the size of the cut-out elements. The minimum height of letters - 1cm, minimum thickness of cut out elements - 0,4cm. Effect: the reflective heat-in is ideally cut out, sharp, permanently heated in, and - most importantly - the overprint reflects light in the same way as the reflective stripes in the vest. Therefore such an overprint has a double function: reflective and informative.
